More love less hate
If you are like me, you’ve been bombarded with news items from around the globe which only seek to share sadness and tragedy. I’m not sure about you but all this sadness is making me, well, sad. So what do I do? I smile and turn off media to give my heart a break.
Each day we hear about people being killed based on the God they choose to follow or not, the color of people’s skin or eyes, a person’s sexuality or choice of whom a person loves, or even their ability or inability to do things. Sometimes all it takes to tear someone down is being a female. Our world needs healing.
So this year I decided to have more love and less hate in my life. Hate never solved a darn thing but love does. For every one hater out there, there are 100 others who are glad you are the person you are and accept you. Haters have their own issues and sadness to deal with which is one of the reasons they target people whom they don’t like. It appears that the human has left the word humanity. If i had to think about the real haters in the world, I have to assume they are aliens from some far off distant planet where hate is the norm and love is not.
Right now I want to put a challenge out to each person who reads this blog and that is to #PassALittleLoveOn to the world using all your social media. For every negative post, reply positively and send the hash tag #PassALittleLoveOn to change one life at a time. It’s easy to dwell in sadness and hate but hard to stand up and give more love and less hate. Can you do it? I am.
I’d love to hear your stories as well on how you are helping to have more love and less hate in our world. Check out our FB page: http://www.facebook.com/bewytchme and share your stories. Please feel free to add my personal FB account for positive messages http://www.facebook.com/wanda.probe
Take a picture with the sign #PassALittleLoveOn and I will be posting on Youtube as our #PassALittleLoveOn campaign.
I want you to know right now that you matter and no one should hate you because of the person you are. After all it’s not on the outside which counts the most but what is on the inside. #CHARACTERnotcolor I’m proud of you. Thank you so very much for reading my blog. Have a truly blessed day and remember to #PassALittleLoveOn and give our world more love and less hate.
